A shooting outside an Elmhurst nightclub with a documented history of violence left three people injured early Sunday morning, according to the NYPD.

Officers from the 110th Precinct responded to reports of gunfire outside Amadeus Nightclub, located at 79-49 Albion Ave., just before 4 a.m. on May 18.

Upon arrival, police found three victims: a 23-year-old man shot in the chest, a 24-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the arm, and a 23-year-old woman who had been struck in the ankle. All three were transported by EMS to Elmhurst Hospital in stable condition and are expected to survive.

Police are still investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting and have not released a description of the suspect.

The nightclub has previously been the site of gun violence. In January 2023, a shooting outside the venue in the early morning hours left a 19-year-old man dead and a 31-year-old woman injured.

As of Sunday evening, no arrests had been made in connection to the latest incident.
